Lab Vidić · Work Orders connects Dentalni laboratorij Matej Vidić with its clients. Each patient folder brings together the work order, PDF, appointments and notes, with records sent through the laboratory’s Gmail account.
Work orders and PDFs
Create a patient folder, complete the order and review the PDF. Locking preserves the original document version; subsequent changes are recorded in notes.
Try-ins and final work
Record try-in and completion dates. The portal is designed to send reminders three days before an appointment, with an active Gmail connection and scheduled check.
Notes in the same conversation
After a try-in, add corrections and a new date. Messages reuse the patient’s subject and conversation references; mailbox settings also determine how messages are grouped.

Why connect Gmail?
An authorised administrator connects the laboratory’s account so the portal can send locked PDF orders, notes and reminders to the laboratory and assigned client. It requests permission to send mail and identify the connected email address; it does not request permission to read the inbox.
