LAB VIDIĆ · WORK ORDERS

Terms of use

Rules for the laboratory and its authorised clients using the Lab Vidić portal.

Last updated: 12 October 2026.

1. Purpose and authorised access

The portal supports the exchange and recording of dental work orders between Dentalni laboratorij Matej Vidić and authorised clients. Access requires sign-in and laboratory approval. Users may access only information they are authorised to use.

2. Accuracy and permitted content

Users are responsible for checking order details, recipients and dates before sending. Only information necessary for the work and supported by an appropriate legal basis may be entered. Sharing access, sending unsolicited messages or attempting to access another client’s orders is not permitted.

3. Locking and later changes

Lock and send saves the completed PDF as an unchanged version in the portal’s records and starts sending. Later corrections, notes and date changes are recorded separately. Locking a PDF is not a qualified electronic signature or an additional clinical review.

4. Gmail, sending and reminders

Sending requires an authorised, active laboratory Gmail account, correct addresses and availability of the connected services. The portal attempts to group a patient’s messages in one conversation; the final display depends on the email service and recipient’s settings.

Reminders assist work organisation. Users should monitor appointments, sending status and errors. Sent means Gmail accepted the sending request, not that the recipient read the message. For an uncertain sending result, check the Sent folder before retrying.

5. Professional responsibility

The portal does not diagnose, recommend treatment or decide whether dental work is suitable. The responsible laboratory and practice professionals review the order, materials, process and final work.

6. Data, access and support

Data processing is described in the portal’s privacy policy. Contact nalog@labmatejvidic.hr about access, corrections, data removal or technical issues. The laboratory may restrict access for security, maintenance or when an authorised collaboration ends.

These terms cover portal use; prices and terms for dental work are agreed separately. Changes to these terms are published here with an update date.
